Cricket is a game that is played around the world. Some argue it has colonial roots while some embrace and celebrate it as part of their culture. Regardless of its debatable origins and cultural implications, it is a sport loved and played by many. Rarely though, is it seen as a sport for women with it being dominated internationally by men. To be a woman, a professional cricketer and a pro coach takes an enormous amount of talent and breaks glass ceilings. We’ll be joined on the show by two women who have shattered the ceilings for South Asian women in cricket.
