Christmas is the season to be merry and by now the tree must be up, the gifts under the tree, lunch invitations accepted or sent out and in general cheer all around for the biggest holiday and festivity of the year! However, no celebration can be complete without satisfying one’s tummy and a perfectly turned out Christmas roast- be it turkey, chicken or an vegetarian concoction can do just that.
