Mr. Shetty is a consultant orthopaedic and knee surgeon at the Spire Alexandra Hospital. He is a former senior lecturer at Kings’ College in London, where he taught and examined both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is also involved with training the orthopaedic surgeons at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, London. He is leading some of the world class research in knee surgery. His reputation as a knee surgeon and orthopaedic teacher attracts surgeons and patients from all over the world. He underwent his postgraduate surgical training in the UK and completed his masters degree from the University of Liverpool. He completed his Orthopaedic Registrar training at Kings, Guys and St Thomas’ Orthopaedic Rotation and gained his FRCS Orthopaedic surgery by the Intercollegiate Board. He was awarded the Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training by the Joint Committee on Higher Surgical Training (JCHST).
