Penny has had 10 years of experience in the NHS as a smoking cessation specialist. Together with One You Ealing, an integrated physical health NHS service in London, she has supported many clients in their journey to become smoke free and to overcome the many challenges when dealing with an addiction. With a background in Health Psychology, she is passionate about helping people in positive behaviour change and aims to empower them with the tools in making healthier lifestyle choices.

Cheryl Malhotra  has a Msc in Clinical Neuroscience with two publications from King College of London. She began her career in mental health and has been trained specifically to work within challenging populations such as acute mental health units to improve their mental and physical well-being.  Cheryl specialises within her role to manage staff attitudes and beliefs around addiction as well as implementing processes to standardise best practice. She currently works with West London Mental Health Trust as a Facilitator and Mental Health lead in smoking cessation to support the implementation of smoke free policy. Cheryl is also a member of the London Tobacco Control and Mental Health network working group.
