One of the most common things you tend to hear in fast-paced cities is: “There’s no time to work out!” or “No time to plan and cook healthy meals!” Lack of time is perhaps the favourite excuse offered by sedentary people who need to lose weight. Close on its heels is another complaint: Working out just isn’t fun, but then again who said shopping was a “healthy” habit? Rather than cribbing and piling on the pounds it’s time we realised the importance of staying fit and the gym is not the only place to achieve that.
